Dango Nguyen was an extra and stuntman who portrayed the Mean Guard in AMC's The Walking Dead.
Biography
Nguyen started out of high school being a professional wrestler. He trained alongside childhood friend and future WWE hall of famer Rob Van Dam as well as Sabu.
Giving up wrestling to raise a family, Nguyen served as a Georgia firefighter, then left public service to go back into the entertainment business earning background parts in several movies and television series.
On August 10, 2019, Nguyen passed away after a battle with leukemia.
