Nebraska is the thirty-seventh state of the United States of America. It is a location that appears in AMC's The Walking Dead: World Beyond.

Pre-Apocalypse

Nebraska was one of the fifty states in the United States of America. It is located in the Midwestern region of the United States. Nebraska was the thirty-eighth most populous U.S. state and the sixteenth-largest by area.

The state is bordered by South Dakota to the north, Iowa to the east, Kansas to the south; and Wyoming to the west. It had a population of 1.83 million inhabitants at the time of the outbreak.

The Bennett, Carlucci, and Ortiz families lived in Lincoln, Nebraska, with Leopold Bennett, Amelia and Isaac Ortiz serving as professors at Nebraska State University. Felix Carlucci was a student at the university who was kicked out of his family's home for being gay.
